It changes every year, but I associate anything from Harry Connick Jr’s When My Heart Finds Christmas with Mom and driving around in our car during the winter and fires in the fireplace and other good things. No, but my favorite presents were always ones from people in my life anyway. I wasn’t too disappointed when I found out. Frankly, I was more upset at not getting a Hogwarts letter. EDIT: got rid of the “E” at the end of “Clause”. It was bugging me.

Yes. There’s this sort of breathless wonder throughout the season. Where I’m from it doesn’t generally snow before February, and as a result I think of grey skies, bare trees, and unsaturated-green grass with a weird kind of affection.
